After several quiet months, some exciting news regarding The Eagles' Saga has arrived! Author Bryan E. Rice has announced that the series is being prepared for republication as traditional eBooks and paperback novels through KDP. The first book, to be entitled: Dawn of the Eagles, is slated to be released as early as this summer.
As for Legacy of the Terrans, it is rumored that the manuscript for the sixth novel in the series may well be underway. However, author Bryan E. Rice has not confirmed this. Stay tuned for more news from the Kreeos Universe.

Kreeos Universe activity has slowed to a crawl in the previous four months since the publishing of Legacy of the Terrans: Book Five: Cornerstone of Worlds in 2024. The subsequent cancellation of Kindle's Vella platform has left The Eagles' Saga in limbo. A shuffling of economic priorities and reevaluation of literary projects is underway to determine what new stories shall emerge from the Kreeos Universe in this new year. Additional news shall be posted concerning the future of Legacy of the Terrans, and whether or not The Eagles' Saga storyline even has a future.

Kreeos Universe has received sad news as Kindle Direct Publishing has informed us that it is discontinuing the Vella platform as of February 2025. The Eagles' Saga storyline will be withdrawn from Kindle Vella effective in November (date not yet set). We are currently seeking an alternative means of republishing, possibly even as a series of e-books, or perhaps hardcopy books as the storyline was originally intended. Kreeos Universe will keep our followers up to date as events proceed.

Kreeos Universe is proud to announce that Book Five: Cornerstone of Worlds of the Legacy of the Terrans series has finally been published! As author Bryan E. Rice has previously stated, this is his longest novel to date (though only slightly longer than Book 4). Both e-book and paperback versions are now available on Amazon.
The author has currently returned to developing new material for the ongoing The Eagles' Saga storyline on Kindle Vella. Expect new episodes to premier sometime in early March kicking off the opening of "Season 9".

Proofreading and editing of the manuscript for Book 5 of the Legacy of the Terrans series is reportedly 50% complete. The slow process has pushed back the publishing release date for Cornerstone of Worlds to at least late November to early December. Continuation of the Eagles' Saga storyline on Kindle Vella is to include new episodes to be released sometime early in 2024.

There has been little in the way of news in the last couple of months until now. Author Bryan E. Rice is happy to announce the completion of the manuscript for Legacy of the Terrans: Book 5: Cornerstone of Worlds, that he reports to be the longest novel in the series to date, and the longest he's ever written. Book 5 is currently undergoing its first proofread and editing stage. The tentative publishing release date is sometime in late October.
Otherwise, continuation on the Eagles' Saga storyline on Kindle Vella has been postponed until perhaps November - the author is concentrating on LOTT - with new episodes scheduled to be released early next year.

While there will be a slight slowdown in literary progress by our principal author Bryan E Rice as he undergoes occupational adjustments (long transition hours under a new company outside of Kreeos Universe), work continues on Book Five of the LOTT series. In addition, the author has begun preparing new "episodes" for future publishing on Kindle Vella in The Eagles' Saga storyline. There have also been discussions about possibly creating Kreeos Universe merchandise for purchase. However, this has only been discussed with no current decisions pending.

Continued delays in progress for Book Five: Cornerstone of Worlds has prompted Kreeos Universe to delay the publication of this latest volume of Legacy of the Terrans until sometime in the spring of 2023. The unfortunate delay of more than two years since the debut of Book Four: Shadow Storm Rising has occurred due to a series of events; the launch of The Eagles' Saga project on Kindle Vella, various undisclosed family situations of the author, the launch of several business endeavors by the author, including a new fulltime nonwriting job, and a touch of procrastination. However, Bryan E. Rice has assured that work continues on Book Five and the new tentative springtime deadline will be met.

Unfortunately, there was no real news to report in the month of June that pertained to Kreeos Universe. It has been an exceedingly slow period with little progress on the Legacy of the Terrans series. Only introductions of new chapters for The Eagles' Saga on Kindle Vella have been noteworthy. Hopefully, work on Book Five of the LOTT series can soon be accelerated despite author Bryan E. Rice's recent attention to other non-literary financial projects.

Rice has regretfully announced that the 5th book in the Legacy of the Terrans series (Cornerstone of Worlds) will not be completed until sometime next year. He explains that due to a busy schedule, including tending to The Eagles' Saga project, has slowed down progress on the novel. This means his trend of publishing one volume of the Legacy of the Terrans series each year will be sadly interrupted.
Book One: The Gathering Dawn had published in 2017 followed by Book Two: The Eagles of War in 2018; Book Three: Exodus of Empire in 2019; and Book Four: Shadow Storm Rising in 2020.

A slight restructuring of the Kreeos Universe website is underway as all Eagles related material has been temporarily removed due to a recently resolved dispute with Kindle Vella concerning author Bryan E. Rice's The Eagles' Saga. The new serial story content platform refused to publish certain "episodes" due to their content already existing on kreeosuniverse.com with free access. As of July 30, 2021, all detailed material concerning Eagles content has been removed from this site and an abbreviated version will be forthcoming that shall not contain details of either current or upcoming episodes of The Eagles' Saga.
Also of recent note: the Kreeos Universe Facebook page is no longer available for viewing and is being deleted due to both low traffic volume and its creator's inability to devote time to updating the page's content.

GREAT NEWS!!! The Kindle Vella platform has finally launched! Author Bryan E. Rice, in association with Kreeos Universe, currently has published for readers all 8 episodes (chapters) of The Decisions of Tommy Kinkade and, currently, 21 episodes of the ongoing story The Eagles' Saga.
On the Vella platform, readers can purchase tokens to be used to access individual episodes of a given story, the amount required directly dependent on the size of the episode (capped at 5,000 words). We recommend checking it out as there will be new stories from numerous authors added weekly and new episodes of existing stories added almost daily.
For the continuing story The Eagles' Saga, Bryan E. Rice will release a new episode every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (this schedule subject to change). Also, look for additional new stories in the future from Kreeos Universe.

A recent change in address for the author Bryan E. Rice has reportedly delayed the publication of his fourth novel in the Legacy of the Terrans series. The author reports that Shadow Storm Rising should be released by no later than the end of September instead of the original target date of late August. Unknown until recently, the author had intended for the re-release of revised and improved versions of the first three books of the series just prior to Book Four's publication. Bryan E. Rice has stated that this plan is still intended in conjunction with the revised release date for the newest novel.

In addition: the author has hinted that his other published works (Tales from the Earth Domain & Whims of the B-Man) will receive similar revisions and republication this year.

According to the author Bryan E. Rice, the looming storms are not expected to greatly impact the Mississippi Gulf Coast. "We are safely into our new house seven miles further inland than before and finally have internet service up and running once more. My work can continue at last."
