GALACTIC HISTORICAL TIMELINE

The Modern Age [MA]

This timeline has been compiled to relate major events in galactic history. As no appreciable local civilizations preceded the Sorcerer Empire, the time periods begin with the first recorded appearance of the Cosmic Lords within the Great Spiral Galaxy. Information is based upon archeological extrapolation and various data archives, both ancient and modern. This timeline is divided into two major time periods known as ages - the Cosmic Age (CA) and the Modern Age (MA). These are subdivided into periods referred to as eras.

The Cosmic Age includes the Pre-Sorcerer, Early Sorcerer, Mid-Sorcerer, Cosmic War, and Post-Sorcerer Eras. The Modern Age currently includes the Post-Zikaran, Spherrium, and New Sorcerer Eras. Some events are listed identically in the Eagles Timeline. Most dates in the Cosmic Age are approximations with a few having been extrapolated from ancient texts of the Time Lords and Zikarans. Early dates in the Modern Age are considered reasonably accurate. The Pre-Spherrium Era is where the most accurate dates begin.

- cooperative of Squirlissians, Alpha Zians, and others establish a series of floating aquaculture stations on the water world of Aqueous II

- Mackmarion Empire is holding itself together while Tannithian Realm continues to wither, its territory shrinking

- at year's end, Jade arrives at Krystallian colony Range World and kills Athena before escaping again; Merlin denounces shadow magic and steps down as Krystallian emperor; changes name to Kayless and departs
